ABOUT US

We work at the intersection of theory and practice. Focusing on helping teachers and students to become better and braver readers, writers, and thinkers as they become more confident and adept with AI, we innovate curriculum, demonstrate practical pedagogies, and inspire criticality and confidence.

Our fascination with AI was born in classrooms and in our own research and writing. We recognize - and respect - the reservations that educators and learners have about AI, and we see, as well, the ways that AI can empower equity, deepen inclusion, and create new intellectual spaces.

We adore seeing teachers, students, and leaders innovate, and we love to learn alongside, to coach and inspire, and to democratize knowledge.

Coming soon are books on democratizing reading with AI (Stenhouse, 2026) and AI Supported Teaching for Multilingual Learning: A Multimodal Approach to Literacies (2026, TC Press)
SERVICES

We design workshops, innovate classroom practice, study teacher efficacy, support school leaders, and work as thought partners at all levels of AI work - in classrooms, at district offices,
and at universities.
Together, we can raise a generation of wise and ethical, digitally adept learners.
